[Video] Regan Grimes’ Favorite Way to Do T-Bar Rows

In this video, IFBB Pro and Primeval Labs athlete, Regan Grimes shows us his favorite way to perform t-bar machine rows.

Instead of keeping his feet on the foot placement of the machine, he places them at a 90 degree on the floor.

He also lifts his upper body off the pad while performing the row.

The result is a movement that acts as a deadlift row combo and works the entire back.
