“The Zane Row” Unique Dumbbell Row Variation Inspired By Frank Zane!
The row is a staple exercise for any lifter trying to build wings.
In this video, Team GAT athlete Sadik Hadzovic introduces us to the Zane Row.
This is a variation to the traditional dumbbell row inspired by Frank Zane himself.
Grab a step up platform and position it in front of the dumbbell rack. Lean over and grab a dumbbell. Accelerate the weight, contract the lat, and really focus on pushing blood into the muscle.
This variation increases the range of motion of the movement and allows lifter’s to feel the lat working throughout the exercise.
Sadik’s preferred set and rep ranges for this movement are between 10-20 repetitions for no more than 6 sets.
Give this variation a shot during your next back day workout.
